The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

Today, Willoughby Academy pupils and staff celebrated The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee by dressing in red, white and blue and participating in class handmade games. During the afternoon, pupils sat outside in the courtyard to enjoy a Royal tea party complete with Union Jack bunting and flags. We were blessed with beautiful sunshine. Pupils enjoyed this unique celebration with party food and danced to party tunes, the perfect way to end the term. Thank you to everyone who organised this event, the energy and atmosphere was fantastic.
