Food Tech Update

A family/pupil Christmas Food workshop was held in the Food room last Friday.  I think fun was had by everyone as well as family members gaining an insight into what their children may learn in their food lessons.  Families went home with some Christmas treats of Pudding Truffles and Grinch Kebabs, as well as ideas as to how they could cook with their children at home.  Thank you to those families who came, and I look forward to offering more sessions next year.  Happy Christmas to you all – Alison Cavanagh.
