Food and Nutrition Update

Pupils have returned after the break with lots of enthusiasm to cooking once again.  I have loved hearing about what pupils have been cooking over the holidays and that the Christmas cakes prepared and cooked during lessons were enjoyed at home.  This term we are looking at Food Around the world. Tulip and Snapdragon pupils have successfully begun by making Italian fresh pasta.  Sunflower and Foxglove pupils made delicious and healthy Greek salad kebabs, whilst Blue Thistle and Daffodil pupils made spiced apple crumble.
