Food Technology Update

During their Food lesson, Protea and Snapdragon were so lucky to have a visit from Chef Lee Oleksow from Cummins. As our theme this term is 'Commotion in the Ocean' Lee came in with lots of sea bass which he showed the pupils how to fillet, slice and breadcrumb to make fish goujons. He also demonstrated how to whip up a homemade Tartare Sauce. It was great to see all pupils so engaged and enjoying themselves whilst learning a new skill. Well done to Kayden and Sky who Lee chose as his ‘Star Bakers’, however, credit to all pupils for a super time.
