Great North Run - Guide Dogs UK

On Sunday 11th September, Venus Flytrap Class Teacher Laura took part in The Great North Run trying to raise as much money for the Guide Dogs UK. The event had a great atmosphere with 60,000 runners taking part and plenty of people lining the streets to cheer everyone over the finish line, which was particularly helpful by mile 13. At the end of the run, Laura met two guide dogs currently in training, Jeanie and Arlo. So far, Laura has managed to raise £370 for the charity.  Well done Laura!
